Partsco A/C Supply open 8-6 Mon-Fri, 8-3 Sat, Sundays 8-1 pm in July and August

Partsco A/C Supply provided unbelievable service! The condenser fan motor on our A/C unit went out on a Friday evening. I tried finding somewhere local online that carried the part and was open with no luck. In the Houston heat with three small children I really needed to get our A/C fixed.

Thankfully I came across Partsco A/C Supply. The Google listing showed that they would open their doors after hours for a $75 fee, and under these circumstances I was happy to pay the fee. The owner promptly answered the call, but rather than just meet me at the store he asked several questions about the motor to ensure he had the parts in stock before wasting our time meeting at the store. I ended up texting over a picture of the motor name plate, and he confirmed they had the needed parts.

We met at the store 30 minutes later. In addition to selling me the motor, he ensured I had the correct capacitor and connectors. He also gave me some helpful tips about installing the new motor. After checking out he offered that he would be awake later that evening, and if I needed any help I could call. While making the final connections, I was unsure on one spot so I called the owner. Once again he answered and was able to quickly help with my question. The motor was completely installed and we had our A/C back!

At the start of the summer (about 7 months ago) my AC blower motor went out. I got a quote from a company for $1,200 to fix it. After looking online and watching some youtube videos I decided to take care of it myself. I called this store and asked if they had the parts. They were more than informative. I took out my blower motor in the morning, took it to them, got a new one and some other parts, and had it fixed by the end of the day. The motor was not an exact replacement but an aftermarket part. They really spent their time to help me map the wiring. I took lots of pictures of the wiring while I was taking the old one apart. I would have been lost without them.

Their help, patience, and prices are amazing. I saved $800+. It is 7 months later, my AC is working without any problems, and I still think about how awesome they were! I highly recommend them! Thank you!

I'm a DIY person. I have experience with purchasing & inventory professionally from supply houses in plumbing and electrical fields. Supply houses offer specialized parts at a discount to licensed contractors, but sell to retail customers at a slightly higher markup. This is an AC supply house.
You cannot walk in to a retail chain (I've tried) and get a contactor or capacitor. So do expect to pay a little more than online. The difference is you have the necessary part in your hand today, rather than waiting or paying next day air shipping.
-My family was dying in the heat because our AC went out on a Sunday. I opened my outside AC unit and noticed my capacitor was dripping. The last two times I had someone service my AC capacitors, it cost $350 each time because they fart around with the unit and clean it etc.
Anyway with the help of the staff at this store I have become somewhat proficient at my own AC repairs. The above repair cost me $75, I believe, because I bought cleaner and two capacitors. I've gone here four times over the past five years. Consistent experience every time. They have saved me hundreds of dollars on repairs.

My furnace board went out and i needed one asap. I did a lot of research and figured out what I needed, but to order it and wait would take a few days. Mind you that it was gonna be 44°F for the next two nights. So I called and Mrs. Donna picked up and assisted me in figuring out and quoting me the prices for the he board and flame checker. The level of customer service was unmatched!

I went in and picked it up and the board I got was double what's on Amazon. At first I thought that it was an oem, but it's my fault for not asking more questions over the phone. It doesn't matter, I needed the parts and they had it locally so I purchased it. I paid for convenience and was happy that they were able to serve me.

Installation was easy and worked perfect.

Overall, I'm very happy with the business accommodating me, but I wish they were a little lower competitive in their pricing.

I am not mechanically inclined at all. Our Air Conditioning unit stopped blowing cold air. I took pictures of the capacitor via my cell phone and showed it to Leslie. She knew it exactly what I needed and told me to pay strict attention to how the old capacitor was attached and attach the new exactly the same. The part cost $50 way less than what AC repair companies wanted to charge me ($200 & up). THANKS PARTSCO YOU HAVE A CUSTOMER AND A REFERENCE FOR LIFE!!!

George was an incredible help. I had to fix my A/C TODAY as we had guests coming in town. Both my capacitor and motor went out. George had both replacement parts and showed me how to rewire it with my current configuration. He took time to draw out a picture and explain everything I needed to know. Would highly recommend going there if you have an idea of what you need and just need some help.

I needed a capacitor for my AC condenser on a Sunday morning. They were open, had what I needed and priced the part competitively. Very friendly and efficient. Best place for AC parts, hands down.

Our 14 year old a/c went out. We called around but this is the busy time of the year. My husband decided he wanted to tackle it. We googled a/c part and they came up . He drove over an hour to get there. They know Very knowledgeable and helped a Youtube pro like my husband. We were able to get the right part and ever called and asked about wiring just to make sure. These guys know their stuff! After receiving mind numbing quotes to repair and upgrade my AC system, I went about researching my system online and the parts required. I found this shop and could not be more pleased with my experience. I showed photos of my system and explained the issues I was having - they looked at the photos, drew me diagrams to help me understand the issues and offered tools and materials needed to repair. Not only did their explanations go beyond
what I had found in my research, but they had every part available so no need for any other stops in my quest to get my system working. It was a high value experience and I feel confident to make the upgrades armed with knowledge they shared.
