Had a small issue, the following day the owner Mr. Drew reached out in concern not only did he resolve my issue but he went above and beyond to make sure I was beyond satisfied. It’s very rare a company will reach out to resolve any issue but Mr. Drew did not hesitate. Customer Service hands down was more than a five star, I give it a complete 10! I recommend this business because I know they will go above and beyond to make sure the customer is satisfied.

All I can say… Is get a second opinion. My experience with them was not a great one. I have a feeling David, “The Technician” is really just a Salesperson. Just pulled wires, not even testing them, told us we needed a new compressor for $6,800. Or get entire unit replaced.
And after Warranty Company reassigned it for second opinion since they refused to provide a breakdown of the $6,800. We found that the problem was just a simple part called the “Accumulator” needed to be replaced which cost less than $500
