I’ve been study for a week without heat, in the middle of winter. It was hell, I called the company and they sent me Stephan, the guy is the best! He came fixed my A/C and heat and stayed longer and really explained everything to me. I really felt like a true guest not a customer when it comes to working with him. Our AC just stop working mid day. It had got up to 83 degrees in our home. I called and a technician was sent within 2 hrs. The technician that came name was David. My family had our whole AC system fail us this past Saturday morning and we stumbled upon Mr. Reliable's contact information. Called and one of their associates came out to our house 3 hours later, diagnosed the issue (ended up needing a whole new condenser and coil system) and came out Monday morning at 9am to completely replace and fix the problem at 12pm.

The whole crew was a pleasure to deal with - professional, courteous, and knowledgable. I feel like the pricing for the AC unit and coils plus labor and supplies were not price gouged either. Plus we now have a 10 year warranty on our AC which gives us peace.
