My family and I have been in touch with Drew multiple times during this extremely hot summer in katy, TX. Like the name says, very reliable as well as prompt. Drew took the time to explain to us the many different unit types and even helped us get a better idea of pricing. Best of all was the fact that window units were offered to us so we could sleep thru the night. Would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Stefan showed up on time for our service call, and once complete, he spent some additional time educating us on possible fixes in the future regarding our ductwork. He didn't try to upsell us on anything and left it up to us on what we wanted to add to our system. That's not very common and I really appreciate it. We were very happy with the service, and we'll definitely be using them in the future.
