George came out and went above and beyond for inspection and repair. Recommendations were give and the good thing is this company is not pushy with sales. They have good coverage plans and are reliable. Highly recommend!

Leo and Shawn made a laundry list of items that were not covered by my Home Warranty, which needed to be completed before they could even address the real problem. They even made us pay for cleaning a supposedly dirty condenser coil, before they began trouble shooting our problem. We are already out of pocket $300 including the service call. When we finally received the estimate of several thousand dollars or so, although we thought this was a respected and well known company, we felt ripped off and wanted to get a second opinion. So we did get 2 more opinions from two separate companies. I've never been more happier with that decision and also shocked at how much less I was spending after I chose one of the other companies who replaced my ac unit for a fraction of the price. Please beware of this company and do your research before accepting estimates from them. Just my honest opinion and warning to others. Also technician Shawn displayed his ignorance by making a rather insensitive comment which my parents laughed off, but in actuality would be considered rather insulting. He should know better, but maybe he has not had enough exposure in dealing with people of different ethnicities.

Leo was the technician that worked on my house. He was friendly, professional and a very righteous person. House Pro is blessed to have him on staff. I highly recommend Leo to work on your AC system.
