Housepro sent out a technician due to a home warranty claim. They called the home warranty company and made sure I was was denied the claim.
Avoid this company at all costs.

Leo was fantastic. He was ready to answer all of my questions and gave me options for what needed to be repaired and a timeline for when things needed to be taken care of.

We had an issue with our ac and contacted our home warranty. Sometimes they send people who are not very professional, but this was not the case today! We had the pleasure of dealing with Stanley. He showed up on time, which is awesome! Stanley was very knowledgably, respectful, not pushy, and took the time to explain everything. He fixed our issue ( we had a clog ) and was able to have someone come over today to speak to us about a new unit ( per our request) as ours is super old. Overall we were very pleased with his communication, candor, and professionalism. Thank you Stanley!

Ron and Leo came to clean our A/C unit and replaced a Nest thermostat that stopped working. They worked with us to come to an affordable price point prompt (in and out quickly). We really appreciated how they explained everything thoroughly and they even set us up on a bi-annual check up plan. Thanks to the Technicians!
