Brandon D. Came by and helped me out with my AC after being struggling with this heat for 6 days. He seems to be very knowledgeable when explained what happened to my unit.

Stanley Wright had a fast feedback upon service request, arrived on time and did a through check of the issue. He explained in details the cause of the issue and proposed three options of repair with different cost estimates. This is convenient for me to do a cost-effectiveness assessment. Although I was not happy with the warranty company's coverage for home warranty, I understood his position and appreciated his effort to help customer. He worked outside for a few hours in very hot weather. I really appreciate his professionalism. Highly recommend the company's service.

House Pro installed a completely new HVAC system a few weeks ago, and I've had zero complaints since. I was attended by Ronald that was very professional and he explained the best technical alternative to replace my all HVAC system. I got a complete cooling and heating maintenance package from House Pro too. Ronald at House Pro is the best, very professional, thorough and fairly priced.

Update: Leo came out again for heating maintenance. He provided a great service on our HVAC system and was very knowledgeable. He goes the extra mile to make sure the system is running well. He has a great support system and always has a smile on his face. Emi has a special place in his heart and keeps him going!

Leo did a great job finding the issue and fixing it. He took the time to show me the issue and talk through the options to fix it and discussed the preventative measures for the future. The work was great and he was friendly and professional.

Murray is WONDERFUL. For the money spent I asked 100 questions and he patiently answered them all. I had several estimates and Murray beat them all and with a better brand. The thing I appreciated the most was his honesty and I knew I was not being pushed to purchase what I didn't need. I highly recommend this company .
