House Pro sent my parents the best tech named Ron Gomez. He was so kind, honest and very professional that he took time to explain the issue to my parents who speak Spanish. They felt very happy and pleased with his work and my parents were so happy to have cool air again after a week and bad service with another A/C company. Saul was awesome! We replaced one of our units over year ago and decided to get the maintenance package with it. This company has been great! They always remind me when they are coming, are easy to schedule with, explain things well, and make good suggestions. Our house A/C runs with an old and new unit together now and we’re staying cool all summer!

Leo did an awesome job getting our house ready for summer. Installed a hard start kit and cleaned coils. Arrived early and was diligent about the work. Extremely pleased!

We contacted our home warranty company and they contracted a different provider and I called back to specifically ask for House Pro based upon the level of service received few months prior regarding a different unit and issue. I was originally scheduled for a later time slot but received a call expressing tech can actually come earlier which was great considering the master bedroom and family areas were not cooling properly and quite warm and I have been using box fans to circulate air to keep cool. Mr. Gomez arrived quickly and immediately began to diagnose the issue inspecting inside the attic and the exterior units and was able to diagnose and repair the problem and did it with a smile on his face! He validated my prior observations and went into greater detail with explaining how and why the system was reacting in the manner it was. It’s been roughly 90 minutes since his departure and you can feel the difference in cooling as my house continues to cool to the set temp. I would definitely recommend House Pro to anyone seeking exceptional service in the Houston metro area.
