Leo did a great job performing my annual maintenance. He pointed out and explained the issues my system had at the time, he also corrected them. Highly recommend Leo's friendly and professional service. Now I'm more than ready for this Texas heat.

I have purchased two home central heating/AC systems since 2005. I have found the service personnel to be very professional and supportive. They are also very responsive and punctual. I purchased an A/C system from them about a year ago and the evaporator coil began to leak. This was mid-July 2022 in 100 degree heat! They came out immediately. It looked like there was going to be a six week wait for a new coil due to supply chain issues. The owner of the company had already sent over a portable AC unit for us to use in the bedroom (a real lifesaver) but he also took the initiative to make some calls and was able to locate an evaporator coil that was within our warranty and installed it the next day. I HIGHLY recommend this company. The A/C technician was Saul Cruz and he was very personable, very professional and very efficient.

Leo provides great service and helped get me the info needed to continue to care for my unit. Great service! Definitely recommend.

We contacted First American (our home warranty) and to be honest with you, they don't always send the best companies. Boy were we surprised!!!

After being without A/C for 2 days, we were pleasantly surprised by our Technician, Leo Castillo. He arrived earlier than scheduled to repair our A/C, which we are NOT complaining about. He quickly surveyed our unit both inside and out and diagnosed the problem quickly. He was extremely personable, knowledgeable and professional and explained the problem and the solution and quickly got our A/C back up and running.

We would highly recommend that anyone that uses House Pro to ask for Leo by name as your desired Technician. You will not be disappointed at all.

Everyone says negative things about home warranties and the vendors they use- well, this was i no it my experience with this company. They came out the next day after I made the request and then the next repaired my ac unit. Saul was friendly and knowledgeable and the world needs more young people like him out there.

Shawn is professional and thorough in his explanation while doing maintenance on AC. Needed some additional work to improve the AC & was very helpful. Highly recommend.

Raj came out to check my A/C spring checkup and did an excellent job. I highly recommend HousePro for ypur A/C and heating. I have been a customer for 10+ years.

Raj was back again because I was having some humidity problems. He installed an air purifier. I am excited as I have terrible allergies. He is always professional. I highly recommend Raj and HousePro.
