Paul Smith arrived yesterday to address a problem with my HVAC. He quickly diagnosed that the issue was related to the install work done by a previous company. Even though he could have easily walked away and left me to deal with the previous company for the repair, he took the time to remediate the problem instead. My HVAC works perfectly now thanks to Paul. I will be using House Pro from now on and will be asking for Paul by name.
