Dimitry was super professional and arrived immediately after I requested a service. He was able to quickly determine the fault in my unit and recommend a solution.

Dmitry showed up at 4.40pm , Very friendly guy. He put on covers for his outside shoes before he stepped onto my carpet.
He had fixed my house heater in less than 30 mins.
I was very impressed by his knowledgeable on residential heater.
Will certainly call H Town Services again for my A/C. And request for Dmitry.

I have a property that I am renting and I had an issue with the ac. Didn’t work. I have a bit history with this ac unit and already spend a lot of money and I was hoping that I am not going to pay much right now. I was calling to h-town and answer a polite person. I was scheduled an appointment and needed to reschedule and that was not an issue. When dimitry the tech come he was not spending time, figure out the problem ( some disconnected wires and some electrical issue) and fix it immediately. The fixing was include in the service call. I have used H town Plumbing and air-conditioning and love both. They are extremely honest and knowledgeable.

I called h town services and demitri came out within the HOUR!!!! He was very professional!! The heat in our condo was not working and he immediately identified the issue and had it up and running within the hour!! I will be using his services again! Excellent experience. Five stars!!!!

Ive used these guys numerous times and they are absolutely AMAZING. I wish other service companies were as affordable, straightforward and honest as these guys. I will gladly wait an extra day or two for service from h-town than get much worse service same-day from some other company. Can't recommend these guys enough

Great Company very professional A/C technician Anthony was very helpful and ann in the office was very nice there team was very professional and did an amazing job while also answering every question I had I recommend this company to everyone who doesn't want to get screwed over...

I had trouble with getting someone out in a timely manner and they did not communicate the updated time frame with me. Also the guy that they sent out did not articulate anything clearly. I just ended up paying for the fee of them coming out to take a look and will be waiting to work with someone else. I was very hot but it was not worth working with them for this repair.

Went very well. Service providers were friendly and took care to wear shoe covers while inside. Uniforms were neat and clean. Checked units thoroughly and offered great advice.
