They gave me lots of options and actually had it replaced the same day. Even cared enough the following day to call and make sure everything was okay. Just can't say enough about how great Brad was! I will definitely recommend to my family and friends!

Jeremey came out to look at our AC, he was quick and efficient at working to the root problem. He explained everything to me and showed me exactly where the issue was with our AC unit. He had the parts in his truck and was able to fix everything during his visit. I will be using them again for anything!

Courtesy AC is a great team - Brad, and his crews were efficient, fast and responsive. Installed a new home system after the one 15 years old now - had been on life support for several years. Brad kept the equipment costs to a minimum, and crew did the job same day. New system blows super cold, great group, highly recommend.

On a Sunday, in the middle of the Houston summer, Brad came out within a few hours to check on our broken AC. Had a complete new system installed the next day. Fast, responsive, and very fairly priced. Great service.

This company is amazing…..they truly believe in customer service. They called with an eta and was here on time. My issue today ended up just being a circuit breaker that needed to be reset. They did not charge me for the call - even after I asked to pay something for their time.

I called them to get a second quote, they performed an inspection and advised that my A/C unit was fine and I didn’t have to spend money. Previous company had said there was a bad fungus issue and wanted me to spend $1,000. I’m so glad I contacted Courtesy A/C & Heating.
