    This company was recommended by my neighbour and I am very glad I first called them. I was able to get an appointment for the same day, and the tech arrived on time and fixed the issue with my air conditioner unit. Very professional and I highly recommend it.

    Mike came out to provide a second opinion on whether to replace major components of my system. He was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, explaining all the readings he was taking as well as the significance of each. Documented all major components in question so if I have a failure of one in the future they’ll be able to know what parts are needed to help expedite new part installation. Even after all this he shared some good maintenance tips to help keep my system running optimally. Would definitely recommend

    Courtesy is simply the best. To say they're responsive is an understatement. On a hot summer day I was having AC issues, and called other local AC repair companies. Best they could do was 2-3 days out which is what I expected (After all, it is the height of the summer and AC issues are common). Courtesy, fit me in the very next morning!! Not to mention, as busy as they are you'd think they'd hurry the job. To the contrary they were very thorough and made sure I was completely satisfied before they left. 5 stars! I'm impressed!

    What an amazing experience with a great set of people! Called the company and spoke with Brad. Extremely professional and asked a lot of questions to better understand my needs.     Cant say enough about this company. The ac in one of my rentals stopped working on a Saturday evening when it was 95. Sunday was father's day. Called up several companies, but no availability till later the following week. Called up Courtesy and talked to Brad. He asked me some specific questions and said he was close by finishing another call and would drop by. 15 min later he was at the house and took care of business. That's what I call service! May have been lucky that he was in the area, but he took the time to service an additional customer that was not scheduled when his shift was over. Never rushed his repair and even took time to do a quick inspection on my system. Very honest. Definitely would recommend.

    We needed to have our AC repaired on a Sunday and we were having trouble finding a company that would come out on Sunday. Then, I came across Courtesy AC and saw they had good reviews. I’m so glad I found them! Mike answered the phone right away and gave us estimated times of when he would be able to make it out to us. He arrived right on time and was able to figure out the issue quickly and fixed it. He was good at explaining things to my husband and I in way that was easy to understand. He was also super respectful, professional, and very knowledgeable. He worked quietly since my youngest was napping when he came and interacted with my oldest child. He made us feel really comfortable with the process and wore a mask the whole time (because of COVID). It was one of the easiest and fastest processes we’ve ever had. If your AC is out, call Mike! Highly recommended!
