Mike Roach was the service person who helped me out. Very prompt response to service calls. Mike handed me both his business card and the company card as he enters the house. I noticed from the cards that they are BBB member, that's a huge assurance. Mike is so courteous, he puts the ladder back so much more gentle than my husband ever does. Showed me with pictures, and even after the work is complete, he didn't mind the extra trouble, and climbed up to the attics again just to show me for my own knowledge. Mike took hims time explaining to me too. Totally trustworthy service. They are a family run business since 1988, and it really shows that they care, from Mike to Brad who talked with my husband over the phone. We will always go back to them. Thank you, Mike! Brad was in constant communication and went the extra mile to have a crew make our repairs that same day despite his full schedule and my last minute request. Had new American Standard equipment installed fast and at a very competitive price. Crews were very polite and cleaned up after themselves. I would definitely recommend these folks. They will be my "go to" guys for all my A/C work.

Our AC unit stopped working during one of the hottest days of July. With the prompt intervention of Courtesy AC & Heating (Brad) the problem was efficiently fixed within a short time frame. We were really satisfied with their service: Brad demonstrated great professionalism, transparency and honesty. I would definitely call them again.

Our AC stopped blowing cold air. Called Courtesy AC on a Saturday morning and they had someone out that afternoon. Mike evaluated the problem and explained the issue. Bearings going out and causing the compressor to overheat flipping the breaker. He didn't have the motor in stock but said he'd get it Monday and be out to fix. Hurricane Beta arrived Monday so Mike suggested the weather looked good for Thursday. When Beta broke early he called and was out at end of day Wednesday to put us back under (glorious) blowing AC. [If you live in Houston you know how important that is.]

I contacted Brad at 7 PM about an air conditioner that was barely cooling (running 24 hrs a day to keep house at 80 degrees) and wanting to replace the inside and outside units (had been trying to nurse the AC along for a while, but finally gave up). The install team came the next day and had my new unit quickly installed. Great service and great price too! Have used Courtesy for several years now and will continue to do so.
