We Called Courtesy A/C-Heat Sunday at 5:30pm within two hours Mike knocked on our door and was the most professional service tech I've ever encountered. Pleasant, well groomed, explained the problem, what happened, showed us the defective part on the test meter explaining what went wrong, Then tested the new part on his meter showing us where the readings are supposed to be. Checked our filters, explained proper thermostat settings, waited till the home began to cool then used a laser beam temp sensor, checked the cooled air reflected on the walls and all output from all the vents. Then finally gave us tips on preventive maintenance on the main unit outside, all at a reasonable price. Superior service the old fashion way, now we found our new a/c service company.
This family owned business is amazing. My (very young) AC decided to stop working last week and I contacted another service first (ARS). When the technician arrived he was extremely gruff and rude and just showed me a picture of my frozen over coil and said it would be $1600 and someone else would come tomorrow and that I needed to “be up early,” as if I don’t wake like an adult who works. He really gave no other information and acted like it was a giant inconvenience that he had to come out. He was in and out of my house in under 10 minutes. The next day, I called Courtesy AC. They had David come out to my property within an hour. David was not only extremely personable, he took a look and came down and told me exactly what the problem was, how it happens, and what they can do to fix it. He had the AC running again that evening so we wouldn’t be without air and his people came back the next morning and replaced the part and everything. They returned a few days later to make sure all was still well and double check their work. The best part was, they didn’t make me feel like an inconvenience in my own home. I would recommend them a thousand times over!

I had the first company out for routine maintenance on my ac units. After the service the owner of the company told me that 3 of my units were on the verge of breakdown (all 5-6 year units, so perfectly within their life span) and that my ductwork was messed up. I was skeptical but told him I would call if/when we had an issue.
Shockingly, my AC stopped working the next day. I decided to get a second opinion and called Courtesy.
Courtesy quickly diagnosed and fixed the issues (one compressor was unplugged, one had the breaker flipped, one had the vents open to pull air from the hot attic and pump that vs cold air). Despite obvious foul play on the part of the first company, Courtesy did not try to blame them or say anything negative about them beyond asking me to call Courtesy first next time. They were affordable, honest, fast, and showed me how to double check these simple fixes in the future should the need arise.
Best people you could possibly work with. Called on a Sunday picked up my phone call promptly and answered all my questions. Mike came out and did a diagnostic on my A/C unit to ensure everything was running smoothly. Mike seemed very knowledgeable and very respectful. Everybody was professional. I will definitely be using Courtesy air again.
Another company had told me I had a freon leak and needed an emergent AC replacement with a goodman unit for $6k. Called Tom and he said they could put in a higher quality unit for 4k. They came out, and told me that there was no freon leak, and after a quick solution, my original unit works great, no need for replacement. Saved thousands. Never even charged me a dime for their time. Tom and Brad are good honest people. Great prices. Will be calling them when my AC dies.
I called them about my A/C not being able to handle the summer heat. The person that answered the phone was very polite and had great advise to try and solve the issues without having to send a tech. However there was still a need for a tech to check it out. The next day a tech came out, Mike Roach, who explained everything to me and got it up and running. He even gave me a few maintenance tips and tricks to keep every running smoothly. Easily the best experience I have ever had with A/C repair.

Having someone come out on a Sunday when your ac breaks isn't easy, but "Mike" came without hesitation. He was already working on 2 other jobs when I had called, but he still made time to fit us into his busy schedule. He was easy to talk to and very informative. Finding the right person that you can trust to work on your house isn't always easy, but it was with Mike. He definitely gives his all to ensure that the job is done right.
