I had an incredible experience with Air City AC and Heating today. They are a company out of Houston Texas that came all the way to Crockett Texas to look at my needs and evaluate my HVAC system. I was pleasantly surprised that the individual they showed up was the Owner of the company. Brandon was professional, courteous and listened to my needs and questions and answered them all to the best of his ability. He was an exceptional individual who truly cared that he was giving me the best customer service I have ever received. After a short talk about life and my system I grew to know him as an individual also. In my opinion he is an outstanding man of integrity. I could really tell that he was a wonderful father, husband, and a person that I would appreciate calling a friend. His suggestions were honest and he didn't try over sell me any product other than help me plan for the future and buying the right system. When that time comes I will call him for any and all work. I was truly blessed today by getting to know him, his family and the company he owns. It is not often that you have that kind of privilege and getting to know an individual that is there to provide you a service call. Thank you Brandon!

Kristen and Brandon are the dynamic duo of HVAC repair. They were easy to schedule with (despite Brandon being in very high demand), Brandon always came on time, within the window of availability, and most importantly, they are both highly competent and professional with the services they provide. After several past HVAC companies failed to properly diagnose and repair my system, Brandon nailed the issue immediately and expertly returned my furnace blower to perfect working order. I wouldn't hesitate to call on them again and wholeheartedly would recommend them to my closest friends and family.

John came out and found the problem quickly and was so helpful in explaining things to me. As a woman who knows nothing about ac units I’m very clear on how to keep my maintenance up on my unit now. Thanks John!!

A/C was blowing out hot air, when John got here I explained to him what was going on he went outside to the unit and diagnosed the problem fixed it and now things are beginning to cool off. He was very professional and personable.

Brandon made it out the same day, quickly diagnosed the problems and completer the repairs within two hours, which included a run to get the parts. Fantastic service!!
