They where punctual and very very professional. From day one until the end they were awesome on a scale of 1-10 they are a easy 💯 .. I had the luck of talking to Brandon, at the time he explained the process with patience & later found out he was the owner of the company..."really" he was great, he took time to actually explain everything & they actually" return "phone calls. From the girl's that answers the phones Lily & the other girls to the workers (Sam, Oscar, ..& the other that helped) they were very courteous & professional I will use them for "All" of my AC needs you cannot "dream" of a better group of people to help you in such dire need.. They also completed the job in one day and you never knew they were there, they totally cleaned up after themselves. Whether they want to or not they are stuck with me for life!!!

Went through Air City to replace my coil and they were extremely helpful to work with. Kristen and Chris were awesome as I found their communication to be prompt and professional.

I was concerned in TX heat when my AC went out that a company would take advantage of the fact that its been averaging 100 degrees and try to gouge me. But instead The folks here provided excellent service and GREAT GREAT value for the $ I highly recommend!!!Chris and Victor showed up to perform the install at the house, they were professional Knowledgable friendly on time, I couldn't ask for more, then working with Kristen over the phone handling the payments and such was also easy going and a positive experience. I must admit Brandon takes the cake however, when he initially assessed my HVAC system he was so informative and honest and an overall joy to hold a conversation with.

So lucky that finally my repair got assigned to Air City. I was chasing Choice home warranty for days to repair Blower Motor on my Lennox furnance. The previous compay who was assigned the work backed out after 10 days leaving me in a mess and fortunately Air City took over. I was surprised that Brandon will always pick up call unlike other companies who are hard to get hold of once they hook you up. Brandon helped me to work through my warranty and was very patient. Even when other companies were not happy to work on this complicated system, Brandon assured, his team will. He arranged the OEM parts (even though others have said, OEM not availale and are backordered upto 8 weeks. He went above and beyond and day finally come when the ticket was assigned to Victor. I was nervous after 2 weeks of fighting heat with temperature reaching hih 90's in home, and could not wait to get AC blowing cool air again. Unfortunately Air city was running behind on the day but assured it will be fixed. Victor called me at 8 PM and asked if I am ok to get the work done late. On my approval, Victor showed up at 9 PM and work relentlessly for 2 hours to replace the blower motor in 1 go. It was a complicated task which others have backed out, but Victor took all the right steps and replaced in 1 Go. He was so thorough and took time to make sure home starts cooling again. He told me Brandon has told him over and over that they wanna get my family out of woods even if its late. Great team work guys. I cant have more words to say you thanks. You guys are awsome and glad you are serving Houston community when they need the most. The office staff Kristen and Chris were very helpful throughout the process.
