Danny and Nathan showed up early and diagnosed our problem immediately. They were very knowledgeable and professional. The part they are replacing had gone out before and not very long ago. Danny and Nathan figured out why and have ordered the parts to prevent this from happening again in the future.

Air city gave me great advice and did a professional installation . The technicians were very informative and helpful . And the staff answered all my questions and were really professional. But Lilly the receptionist was really nice and helped me throughout my whole appointment. 5 stars!

Very informative on repairs, maintenance, and installation being performed to get my HVAC fully serviced and brand new again! I had a ton of little gremlins get sorted out with very easy to work with communication and scheduling. Professional service, highly recommend and will continue to work with.

We have been having issues with my mom's A/C's for the past year. When both the upstairs and downstairs went out this past weekend, the weekend I moved in, I immediately recoiled at the thought of sleeping hot. I need cold! Air city came out, earlier than expected, and had both issues diagnosed AND fixed within a hour! Not only that, they actually told me WHY they were having issues and how to keep them from happening again. The other companies would just "put a bandaid on it" and never let us know how to prevent the issue. Complete respect for this company. I unfortunately forgot the name of the man who came, but he was very professional and efficient... which is all we can ask for!

Air city installed my new system and I’m super happy with it. I was in a hot house for 3 days I called air city they came out and the next day my system was installed and working I will recommend air city to everyone who needs good work and affordable prices.

I can say nothing but good about this company. They arrived on time, they charged me a reasonable price, they installed everything in a day, they cleaned up after themselves, they came back a week later to make sure everything was still operating properly. I have also just hired them to install a new product at my home.

I requested an appointment via their website to repair my non-working heating unit. I received a call from Air City in less than an hour. I was pleasantly surprised that they would send a service technician out on a Sunday afternoon. Victor was the service technician that arrived on time. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and was able to repair the unit. He was efficient and respectful. I was so impressed with this company that I signed up to become a Club Member so I can take advantage of year round maintenance and special prices. I highly recommend this company if you need AC/Heating service.

Needed my heating system inspected before I used it this winter, so I called Air City. The associate who answered the call was very polite and friendly and informed me of the process. I scheduled an appointment and the tech showed up on time and was extremely professional and informative. I will definitely be using them for any of my future ac/hvac needs. Thank you Air City!
