Again, my heater runs flawlessly. The company will be the only one I ever use again for heating/air conditioning servicing because of the technician's expertise and trustworthiness.

The technician did a fantastic job cleaning the registers in our air conditioner. I would highly suggest this business to our coworkers and neighbours. They are incredible!

I have to say that all my interactions with him...from the initial discussion, to his on-site bid, to the two days of work he did at my house...were exactly what I would expect from a professional who values his customers and has pride in what he does. Unfortunately, this type of professionalism seems to be the exception these days instead of the rule.

My furnace stopped working and I called Wallace's Heating and Colling. They walked me through an easy troubleshoot procedure. Found out it was the thermostat.

He scheduled the work quickly and ended up cleaning the carpet, cleaning and sealing the grout, cleaning the dryer vent, and even attacking a dirty white chair we had (even though he doesn't normally do furniture). GREAT.

When there happened to be issues with my ductwork, they took care of it at no extra cost and made sure I was happy with everything.

They did great JOb and work on our gas fireplace. Totally reasonable pricing and incredibly responsive service. Highly recommend!

Worst experience ever! Did not complete repair as contracted with American Home Shield. Condenser freezes up after replacement because they will not put the required freon in, that was covered under the contract. Will not respond to calls to fix our AC. It is almost 100 degrees in my house and we have been without AC for a month. AVOID AVOID

**Contract was under Kathi Weaver. I had contacted you and so had AHS for immediate follow up and we have been ignored. We asked before we prepaid the additional $135.00, if that included the freon and were told yes.
The soldered joints are leaking (soap test) and the entire condenser was a solid block of ice after it ran for a couple of hours.
*** Due to my fiances kidney condition getting worse from the excessive heat, we had to call another company to do the repairs. Wallace was informed of his medical issues prior and we still were not scheduled in a timely manner. The other company had to resolder the connections and added several pounds of freon to the tune of $375.00. They came out the same day we called.
