He is really polite, professional, knowledgable, and meticulous. Now that my 8000 BTU unit is on my top window, I don't have to worry about anything. His asking price is fair. Give him a call; you'll be glad you did in the end.

Note: while they do not repair HVAC units themselves, he was able to identify potential "weaknesses" in our system and potential areas where the smell may have originated. He also showed us what we can do on our own to prevent or eliminate future problems. Way to go! I would HIGHLY recommend this company for any duct cleaning!

Poor communication, never answers the calls. Need to call 5-6 times to get an answer. They work as a third party with First America Home Warranty and it seems they don't care when it comes to FAHW customers. The technician was real helpful , professional.
