He came out to quote me for a HVAC replacement. He answered my questions and explained some things to me. Then we walked over to the broken A/C unit which had started the whole search for HVAC replacement. He offered to take a quick look at it and fixed it on the spot. It has been almost 3 weeks since Wallace was at our house. I am still waiting on a part so my furnace will heat. I have gotten nothing but the run around from them. If you have a choice choose wisely and select a different contractor for your work. Also I have only talked to two different lady's on the phone. I have asked to talk to the owner at least 4 times. He is conveniently in a "meeting" every time.....and has yet to return my phone calls.
