Before talking to Wallace's Heating and Cooling I talked to 4 over HVAC companies and they all tried to overcharge me and some made mistakes specifying what units I needed based on my existing units.

AC repair company rarely, if at all, answers their phone or returns phone calls. They're tech misdiagnosed my home AC issue, so instead of an air handler's coil needing to be replaced the AC's compressor was the one with the leak.

After replacing compressor company's techs determined they had the wrong wiring harness to power it up, so they informed me they'd be back the following morning--AC repair company also confirmed via email they'd return the following morning between 10A-12N. At about 12:30P, I called AC repair company because they hadn't shown up, I got no answer as is usually the case so I left message. At about 1:10P still no show and no return phone call. At about 1:30P called again no answer left phone message again.

At about 1:35P, called home warranty representatives who called AC repair company but still no answer. At about 1:40P home warranty company finally got a hold of AC repair company. The home warranty representative determined that the AC repair company did not have me on their appointment list eventhough I received email from the AC repair company itself. At that point, I started to receive frequent text messages.

One of the messages I received said that they'd approve overtime for their techs to repair my AC after normal business hours. After I expressed my overwhelming dissatisfaction for them not showing up on time, as per they're email, not returning phone calls and misdiagnosing the problem from the get go the company's rep appeared to proceed to threaten me by saying they could pull the overtime and schedule me at a later date and time.

This after having waited for over a month and gone through all the difficulties to repair an AC through a home warranty company. I for one will never utilize this company to repair my AC again.
