Good price but AC unit was not installed correctly. I should have known when the “tech” they sent showed up wearing civilian clothes. They Installed the unit in July and the cooling part of it was working correctly. It wasn’t until the first cold front that came in that I turned on the heat. Unfortunately the unit would only run for about 5-10 minutes before tripping the breaker. Turns out the “tech” had crossed wires and set the heating part of the unit to the smaller breaker. Thank God nothing caught fire. When I called them to make an appointment to service the unit, they advised me that it would be a $55 charge to come out. (Even though the unit was under warranty). And even when I agreed to pay the charge, they never got back to me. After several calls and text messages, I gave up and had to get someone else.

First American warranty contracted this company for my ac unit, had an appointment scheduled between 8 am-12, called them several times to verify tech arrival time, phone line is busy or no answer tech did not arrived until after 5 pm I lost work for first part of morning , still ac not cooling . Worst company ever .
