If your idea of quality service is to call a number, only to hear a message suggesting you call 4 other numbers, with no answer. Leave a message on all lines only to get a text response back. To set up an appointment a week later, and then have a no show... boy oh boy IS THIS THE COMPANY FOR YOU! With zero attempt to correct an issue with our furnace we got to deal with no heat for Christmas. I gave up trying to deal with these people and called a reputable company. Turns out our new furnace was installed for natural gas when they KNEW we were on propane. Thank GOD another company took care of us after we had already burned through our wood supply trying to keep the house warm. 24/7 support, I think not. You were CLOSED for days and still unresponsive. DO NOT SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS!!! Save your time, money, and sanity by using someone else.

Quite pleased with the services For our home, Wallace's Heating and Colling delivered a superb air conditioner. They arrived on time and were kind. They also offered excellent prices. When I need AC repairs, I'll use them once more.

They are knowledgeable experts. They are absolutely recommended, and I intend to work with them once more in the future. They are quite educated about the many methods. They are also excellent teachers. They have a beautiful facility with lots of examples of the jobs they've finished. Because it is a place where the creative process may fully blossom, I found the area to be really cosy.

My parents' property had a rat infestation that damaged the air ducts, so I made an appointment with them, and they arrived on time! They replaced my ducts, insulation, and of course, pest control, and they did a fantastic and professional job! swiftly, expertly, flawlessly, and nicely...

They are quite competent, quick to respond, and helped me out a lot by correctly diagnosing the problems and carrying out a simple fix.
