The value knowledge and professionalism was great. The one problem was cleanliness after and during the install. There were smudges on the stair rails walls and doors. They left debris on the carpet couch and floors. There was oil on the concrete entryway.

Steve B (rep) was great! He understood what was needed and completed the work very quickly.

Brandon was very knowledgeable and explained the whole process. Felt like I could trust him. Even changed the filter so I didn't have to go up in the attic.

I would recommend this company based on the work they did and the professionalism of their employees. I recently moved into a new home in the dead of winter and the week we had an ice storm for 3 straight days. I noticed it wasn't getting warm in my house no matter what I did. Service was dispatched to Emergency AC and Plumbing and Kenneth immediately discovered the problem after going running some diagnostics. He told me the unit wasn't even running on the right ampage and was struggling to maintain the desired temperature.

After having an electrician install the correct ampage by the circuit breaker, E.A.P. came back out and the gentlemen who performed the repairs picked up seamlessly where Kenneth left off. They explained what they were doing and how long it would take. They tested the system to make sure it was working properly and even came back out a second time when I thought the thermostat was acting weird. They even helped me with my garage door when it decided to suddenly stop working. True professionals! Thank you again. 😊

I used Emergency AC & Plumbing (formerly Gregg Air), again July 2023 for an AC issue & they did another outstanding job. Ken was friendly, knowledgeable, explained everything that needed to be done and did it in a timely manner. As usual, their customer service is excellent!

Awesome review, It was Saturday, Kenneth was out within 2 hours and fixed with one visit. Would definitely recommend.

Steve Spires responded to my request for bids through a third party website. He communicated effectively and quickly through text and emailed a quote based on my specific needs (two 2 ton, 14 seer heat pumps, inside units stacked in a closet). The quote was almost $8000 less than the company who initially came out. No other companies provided quotes of any kind sight unseen. After some quick online research about the company I was interested.

Steve came out to my house 2 days later to provide a firm estimate which matched his initial figures. He then offered an upgrade to 16 seer for a very reasonable price Steve took care of the rebate paperwork and even had his crew rebuild the closet framing system at no cost to me. Great guy who is in the business to help others.

The 4 man installation crew came out 3 days after the in person estimate. They arrived on time and completed the job in just over 5 hours. They were professional, courteous, and never stopped working.

The system ran smoothly last night and I am confident Gregg Air will be out quickly if there are any problems in the future. I highly recommend this company.

UPDATE: Two years later both thermostats kept turning off and on. Kenneth came out and quickly diagnosed the issue, cleaned out the lines, and rebuilt PVC drain pipes to eliminate future clogging issues. All under warranty. Thank you!
