They kept their word from the initial phone call until the end. They did exactly what they said. Team was very courteous. They cleaned up afterwards took the trash with them.

Emergency A/C and plumbing came out to give us a quote on some duct work and other items. Kent was awesome! Their quote was $5k less than the first company that came out. I highly recommend this company because they are honest and explained all the issues throughly.

This Texas Heat even with a brand new unit requires a little service and I reached out to my service text last night at 11:30 this morning at 8:30 I received the text and the phone call that Steven was going to be at my house at 10:00 a.m. and he was. Just as before excellent customer service he took care of all my needs and had a beautiful spirit. Again, I highly recommend this company to everyone who needs AC services!!

They replaced my old A/C system in August of last year. When I turned it on the other day when the temps began to rise, it wasn't cooling. They sent out a tech the next day who checked for leaks and charged it up. N/C for the call since it had apparently been undercharged at installation. Polite, efficient, knew what he was doing and wore shoe covers.

We had an AC emergency and they were at the house in about an hour, and on a Saturday evening no less. Very professional and got our issue all sorted out. HIGHLY recommend.
