Would have been 5 stars, but apparently the message to call when on their way (were working us in) was not relayed to repair person.

They were timely. Very timely and in a middle of a winter weather alert in Texas they were at my home within the hour to ensure my family was warm during the snow storm. Very professional and explained what was needed.
