They were great. I received a call from Travis to let me know what to expect from the technician during the consult. Steve was my technician and even though I had no knowledge of what he was doing, he explained each part to me as well as showed me what needed to be done to get my water heater going. I wish the warranty was longer than a year but overall I would definitely give them 9.5 out of 10. If you are looking for someone to install or repair your water heater… look no further and book your service.

We had been without air for quite some time and Steven came by and consulted with us even after I missed our first appointment. He was courteous with the neighbors, offered to help them take some trees down then came to assist us with seeing what we needed in an air conditioning system and providing several affordable options.

After picking out a suitable option we were also able to finance the unit and agree on terms. Believe it or not, the installation crew headed by Martin came out on the fourth of July and completed the install of an outdoor unit and indoor unit upstairs!

We will definitely refer anyone in need of air conditioning help going forward to Emergency A/C and Plumbing in Haltom City.

They took the information I gave them for replacing my current failing A/C system and gave me a detailed quote with only a few caveats for additional price increase due to accessibility issues and vent pipe replacement. Upon arrival the next morning, the installation crew looked at the site and said all looked good and the original quote was the final price with no issues. They were completely finished by that afternoon. Job well done and honesty was appreciated. Their quote was significantly lower than several other bidders for the exact same equipment. The installation was very professional.

Brandon did an excellent job fixing my AC! Considering the TX heat in the heart of summer it’s crucial to get it done asap. He was on time, professional, respectful, knowledgeable, and very efficient. He gave me all the facts and recommendations. He also took the time to politely answer all of my questions. Dryer vent duct cleaning. Huge clog not allowing airflow to dryer, which made my dryer not work. Kenneth was very professional and knowledgeable and was able to clear the duct inside of the walls. Thank you so much, this posed a fire risk as well. Would 100% recommend.

I returned from vacation to a flooded, laundry room and hallway due to the air conditioner in my attic. Not only were they able to come out the next day he was able to come a little early! He had everything fixed and replaced within an hour! I would definitely recommend!!!
