The sales guy and the installers are the bad of my whole experience. The tech that came out was punctual, friendly, and fast! Fixed all the problems! Would definitely recommend them as long as you don’t deal with the sales guy and get different installers! But call them and they will do right by you!

This company has no ethics or morals. They will send people to service your unit. But be careful they will take parts off your units bill you for it so you can keep calling them and they keep charging you. Customers be aware. Always have someone watching what they are doing when working on your unit.

Ken was early (which was great!) and fixed my ac issue in seconds. Didn't try to use scare tactics for upsells like a lot of companies!! Love this company!
