Sierra Heating & Air Conditioning

I have had a couple of great experiences with Sierra Heating & Air Conditioning. I had two technicians that came out to service my upstairs system today and put in a dampener to limit the airflow. Dan and his partner were super professional and very pleasant. They made sure that the airflow was coming out like I wanted and overall did a great job. I highly recommend.

The customer service was great. Rahel was very courteous and professional as she set my appointment time and day for cleaning and maintenance on my AC. The day of my appointment, James asked if they could come early which was a welcomed surprise since I was anticipating them to show up the last minutes of my appointed schedule . They came in and knew what needed to be done. They were explaining the entire process to me and what I could do on my own. Awesome job!

Excellent service. James was very a knowledgeable and humble guy. Learned a lot during the appointment. They worked me into the schedule when I called earlier in the day. Very neat and thorough paperwork. They were able to look up my warranty information on the spot. Great to have a good AC technician in my area.

The technicians were both very courteous and professional. They did an excellent job installing my new HVAC and even made sure I understood how the new system works and what I need to do to maintain it. I highly recommend Sierra Heating & Air Conditioning for any and all HVAC needs !

We had just moved into our new home and the condenser fan stopped working. I called Sierra Heating & Air Conditioning to see if they could help us out. They sent Dan and Sam the same evening. They quickly identified the problem, explained to us what was going on and resolved it within an hour. Based on their service, we even signed up for regular maintenance with Sierra Heating & Air Conditioning. Great job.

My family and I had to change our old AC, the company offer us a really good service, good price and a quick answer, we had the guys the next day installing the new equipment. Their representative, a kind and well educated man, Dan, showed a very professional attitude, keeping a close eye in the whole process. I highly recommend their services

I see a lot of residential reviews on here however for all those looking at commercial HVAC projects, Sierra Heating & Air Conditioning is the way to go! We completed a large project together over the last year and the entire Sierra Heating & Air Conditioning team were fantastic from start to finish. I would happily give them a call for future projects or my own home!

Contacted these guys when my furnace stopped functioning.Dan showed up to the house as scheduled for a furnace repair estimate. He was very thorough and professional. The service seemed resonable and a good value. I am impressed with the service delivered and the customer service.

I had a problem with my furnace, I had booked with my company but failed to turn out for two days. My friend referred me to this company and they were able to squeeze me in at the last minute, brilliant job , clean efficient professional technician and very reasonable prices. Will use them again when in need. I highly recommend.

A/C technician James performed an inspection of my A/C unit. He was incredibly thorough. He installed an upgrade that very well could save me from a future problems. He was very personable and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend.
