Josh was here two months ago, got my unit working, now it's gone out again, and he's coming back in the morning. I figure if I'm going to get gouged anyway, it might as well be by someone cute and energetic.

The only reason that i gave it a 1 star because they dont have zero stars....They came to my house and replaced both A/C units and heat pumps did some duct work ......Wam ...$24,000 yes dollar....year later i find out the the units were the cheapest and will probably about 5 years total ......My church dumped them for their outlandish prices...enough said....

I called after hours on a weekend in August. The answering service dispatched a technician promptly. We were cooled off in no time!

Horrible customer service, never comes out when they say they are going to and have had continuous problems with our “New” unit they say they are 24 hour but when I call on a Sunday because my heaters not working the most I can get is they’ll call the next day to schedule somebody to come out never mind the fact I have two two year olds in the house who are freezing screw the warranty I’d rather pay to have somebody come and actually fix it
