I called out a technician and was able to get them out on a weekend in a couple hours. The technician was already with another customer, but called me right away and kept me informed. He came out and was very professional. He found the problem right away and my unit was cooling again within 30 minutes. Five stars to Air Solutions and a big shout out to the technician, Tristen. Highly recommend!
