These guys know the ac/ heating business and care about the customer. It was refreshing to experience this kind of care in this day and time. Cary knew just who to send out for our problem. Curtis is top notch. Switching over from my old ac company for good. My sister recommended and I am so thankful she did. If I would’ve went with the other company, I would’ve bought a whole new system when all I needed was a new filter. So thankful for Air Solutions.

Brittney has always promptly scheduled the technicians out to my home and she and her technicians have always gone the extra mile for us. We will always refer them to friends and family!

I am very pleased with our recent service. About a year or two ago we replaced our a/c unit. Air solutions came out for our yearly check. The technician Triston was very nice and exceeded all expectations. Triston informed us of his arrival time and was on time. After routine check the a/c was leaking. I called Triston and he immediately responded and also apologized. I am very pleased with the customer service.

I had to have my 24 year old air conditioner replaced in summer 2022. It had a leak, and the old R-22 refrigerant is no longer available. Tristen helped me select available replacement units. I went with Trane, because everyone needs a reliable unit in this Texas Heat. The crew removed the old one and installed the new one in about 5 hours. The new unit is quiet with no issues. I was not going for something cheap that would have issues later.

He then connected me to one of his lead techs (Tristen Marks) who personally walked me through what we needed to do on a Sunday evening of all times.
