Air Solutions

I called Air Solutions today for a second opinion after being lied to by a well known home warranty company. I was not expecting someone to show up the same day as I called mid afternoon. Tristan Marks showed up about an hour later and was VERY professional and courteous. He explained what I needed and why as well as what I did not need and what may be needed later on. He answered all of my questions and called the office to find answers he did not have. Based on his professionalism and the reputation of the company, I authorized the repair on the spot and quite possibly the job can be done the following day. Awesome experience so far and the job isn't even done yet.

When my A/C unit went out, Tristen was out to assess within hours of me calling...bad news was we needed a whole new unit! Tristen was very thorough in his explanation of why we needed to replace, the cost, financing options, etc. He made sure I completely understood before moving forward. No pressure to just sell. I opted for the affordable financing on a Thursday, and Weslee & Tristen were at my house at 8:00 the following Monday to install. They were very kind and professional. The new unit is up and running like a champ. I'm grateful I chose Air Solutions and will be using them for ALL of my A/C maintenance/repairs.

Our ac was struggling during the heat of day. We called Air Solutions and Jason came out to trouble shoot, unfortunately it was more than just charging with freon. Jason came back the next day and made the repairs much quicker than expected it would take. He pulled the inside unit, cleaned, repaired, and modified some of the piping. He was professional knew his business. I'm very satisfied with the job that Jason did. We've used Air Solutions for repairs and purchased our central air and heating unit from them. We've had nothing but the best service from them.

Our AC was iced up so I called twice because it 85 degrees in our house and we have two dogs and I have a five year. The Amazing AC tech Brian called said he would be here in an hour he was here in 30 minutes. We were low on freon and a dirty filter. He fixed it now you can freeze ice in the house now. Love Brian he's an Asset to Air Solutions as well as Eric which helped me on the phone as well. God bless them both. Our house was the one on Lincoln .

Tristan Marks came to our rescue after hours on a Friday night. We had a power outage due to transformer failure which caused our breaker to blow. He called several times to keep us updated on his busy schedule that evening. He arrived at 10:00pm and was done by 11:30. He was very knowledgeable and was able to troubleshoot the problem and get us a temporary fix until we can get the parts needed. Highly recommend Air Solutions and Tristan Marks.

The issues I've had in the past have caused my AC to stop working on several occasions. When Air Solutions sent Tristen Marks out after hours, I was relieved to see how quickly he made it to fix the issue, how cool he was, even though I'm sure he was called while he had something going on, and how he took time to find a small issue that had been overlooked before. Thank you to Air Solutions and Tristen for being courteous, skilled and professional, so I can sit in comfort right now. Good job guys.

We called during weekend we were having a problem with tan kept running. They came right away. The tech Tristen Marks was very professional and explained it needed to be reprogrammed. Great customer service!! Best a/c company in Southeast Texas.

Tristen and Jason repaired my A/C this morning and we are so thankful!
They were very professional and polite and got the job done in a timely manner. All the guys that we have encountered with this company have always been very kind and knowledgeable. Very responsive too! We appreciate you guys for enduring this heat so we don't have to.

Tristan Marts, was the technician, he was very knowledgeable, and courteous in his work. I Like he took his time to explain and answered any questions I had. My first time using Air Solutions and It wont be my last, so appreciate friendly, knowledgeable people!
