Mitchell came out to give us a quote on replacing our main drain throughout the home. He was so helpful discussing options, timelines, details and made us feel extremely comfortable with the decision to work with them. The biggest selling point… they were 50% less than other plumbers. I highly recommend them.

They repaired our Broken sprinkler pipe that’s connected to the main water line by the street. JJ Patrick was the lead on the repair. It was fine except that they left mud on the sidewalk that could have been cleaned up. It was also very expensive; over 800.00.

Juan and Jesus, installed a brand new variable speed system for me. They arrived on time covered up and protected all of my flooring . They explain to me the process of what they were going to do. Installed the system in a very timely fashion. They were very quiet and did not disturb the household as my wife was working in an office next to the hallway where the installation was being performed. They cleaned up everything in their workspace. Spoke with my wife showed her everything about our new thermostat and the functions of it. Highly recommend Crawford Services for any work in the future.

Today Crawford did my annual maintenance. Their service technician was fantastic and did everything down to cleaning the condensers. I will use Crawford again!!

Fantastic! Their team patiently worked to resolve issues caused by the original installer (Houk A/C of Dallas). This included complete replacement of the wires that Houk was to have replaced in 2011 (Houk only spliced the wires) They spent 6 hours of their installation to be sure we had a new, direct (no splice) wires to our new Lennox HVAC Systems. We replaced all three units. We found Crawford using CostCo - and Crawford worked directly with us to insure we had the best systems, correctly installed, and maximized our "gift card" from CostCo. Very professional. We had our CostCo rebate one day after we made payment. Even after the payment and sale, they returned to repair the two small hole needed to run new lines. Stephen followed up pn every detail. They also did a great job cleaning up and leaving thinks perfect. My thanks to Crawford Services and will be using them for all my HVAC and Plumbing needs.

Excellent service. This service technician was top notch and Crawford, as always, is someone we know we can trust. Would recommend to all.

We are long time customers with Crawford for HVAC and plumbing. Ricky Bell came out to fix our exterior water spigot, did a fantastic job and was even able to save our bricks. We have been extremely satisfied with Crawfords service.

Lost cooling upstairs, Crawford send out Armando. I've had service from Armando before and he's done a great job in the past and he did another great job this time found the leak it's in a coil and has to be replaced. I would not trade jobs with Armando He puts up with a lot of heat everyday and I don't know how he does it. Armando did a great job quick and to the point, found the issue quickly, very respectful.

Crawford continues to provide excellent service quick and efficiently and I couldn't speak enough about the gentleman who showed up today he was quick he was thorough and he missed the rain. That's all I cared about was him being safe. I got good service from Crawford and always have.

Jeff Pittman just finished my heat/ac maintenance for the coming winter. All systems go for launch. Jeff was quick and thorough.

Just called in a request for service the 9-9-22 and today had Richard show up. Very prompt and was very courteous. After explaining what was wrong he had the solution within minutes, just enough refrigerant to make it work but is noticeable. He added about a pound of refrigerant and afterwards I confirmed the fix was definitely the answer. Richard packed his stuff up and I signed off on the work and he was off. I picked Crawford Electric to do business with. Now if they could only get their techs to understand the contract I had is a special one and only a handful of techs know about it. I paid a lot for the "parts plus" contract and a previous tech didn't recognize it even when I showed it to him, so he left without performing his repair. I had to wait another day for some other repair tech to do the job and it only took 10 minutes to check the unit out. Try and get repairs done during the weekdays because there is no way to get ahold of management on weekends.

Floyd was here the first maintenance visit after we purchased our new Lennox system via Costco and Crawford. I was impressed with Floyd then, honest and quality service minded. That's why I signed up with Crawford for our after warranty service regular maintenance package with great confidence. I have had no better AC service since we bought our home in 2003 here in Ft. Worth. We have had no less than 4 different AC service companies here... Crawford has been the best!

UPDATE - Armando just came by yesterday in the toxic time with COVID in the air and was very much in keeping with suggested health parameters and customer interaction. He and I had a good talk and within a short amount of time and my interference at bay, he performed his maintenance checks on our 2 systems we purchased from Crawfords and was on his way. Our systems are in great working order, got cleaned up by Armando and required no additional freon. Thank you Crawford for such great equipment install, maintenance and service personnel!

Edgar is a new tech to us and seemed very professional in carrying out his service. Respectfully and courteous, he's always welcomed back with my acceptance.

Armando has been great! He knows his job, does it well and is very courteous. I recommend Crawford to everyone and have no reservations.

July 15, 2022 - Armando was his usual self. His quick diagnosis of the efficiency of one of my AC units gives me great 👍 piece of mind especially during this heat wave. I'm glad I have Crawford as my heating and air conditioning service provider.

Mike has been our technician for many, many years. He's always professional, always on time and completes his task with a minimum disruption to our household.

Edit to add: another maintenance appointment and he's still the best!

After initial check the understanding was we need to pay for Coil & labor and the price is 1700+. But today he said the coil is covered under warrenty and just the 1700 + is warrenty & some other parts.h
