Since my first call, until the complition of the labor, they were extremely professional, courteus, responsive, and on time. Angel was the person in charge of the installation, and not only he did a great job, but also took the time to provide an extensive explanation on how to service my new units, how the new thermostat works, etc. Cannot be happier with their service.

Great service as always. All techs are extremely professional and knowledgeable. Determined that Primary drain for HVAC unit was clogged and cleared it immediately. AC is nice and icy!

There are not enough words in the English language (at least immediately available in my brain) to express how satisfied I am with Crawford services!

As long as I live in this area, NO other company will ever be considered for my use!

Our service tech Shakir has been maintaining our HVAC system for the past 4 years and we couldn’t ask for a better technician than him. He is without a doubt a skilled technician but more importantly he is an outstanding individual. I can’t begin to tell you what an amazing person he is. A true professional that cares. Traits that are seldom seen these days.

Well my initial experience was not great but the service manager and staff came back out the next day to ensure everything that went wrong was redone correctly. I really appreciate the time Shawn and Fernando did to recover from a job done incorrectly and I will definitely all them back and planning to buy 2 units from them in the near future

UPDATE: (April 12 2023: once again, Crawford service exceeded my expectations with the replacement and installation of 2 Lennox HVAC variable speed systems. From the very beginning, I experienced unmatched professionalism starting with outstanding Sales department (Jerry Byrd), to the company’s General Manager (Blake Langford) personally meeting with me to answer the most technical questions I had; a clear and meticulous installation plan, competitive prices/financing options and finally the installation team under Manuel Zapata. The installation was smooth, clean, excellent communication and knowledgeable. Yes, I’m now a loyal customer and I look forward to a long relationship to care for my property needs.

Today I experience Crawford’s sales and service departments - We are changing HVAC maintenance company and my experience with Mr Jerry Byrd and Richard Martinez was incredibly positive. We are at the beginning of what I hope, it will be a long relationship. Professionalism, extreme care, fantastic communication skills and shown pride in their work were immediately noticed. I have done business with Crawford service for a couple of years to take care of my HVAC needs and have always been pleased. However, when I found out they offered plumbing services, it was a no brainer to request Crawford Service to help me fix a leaking faucet.

I was put into contact with Crawford after I inquired about HVAC service at my local Costco. I had an in-home estimate and Stephen did an awesome job explaining all of my options and was flexible on meeting some competing market rates on financing.

During the project, all of the people involved were very kind and professional. They managed their work very well and cleanly. Any issues I had along the way were quickly managed and I was followed up with along every step.

(Update) I've had two small issues with the system levelling off after initial installation and the weather being crazy here. Jeff, one of the on-call technicians, has been by twice to assess the situation and has been super nice and informative both times. He's very professional and a great guy! Totally recommend Crawford!
