Emanuel Morales,the Crawford Services technician who serviced my A/C & Heating system on 2/6/23, provided excellent service. He is knowledgeable, professional, courteous and very enjoyable to work with! Crawford Services have always been prompt to answer my calls & to provide services when I need them!

Our new furnaces were not keeping up with our temperature requests; 3 degree increase took hours. Tech measured and determined that duct work did not allow enough air to circulate. Their engineers will come up with a modification plan.

Juan and Chris were not only on time, they were early. They did a great job in the house during the installation. They laid down drop cloths all the way to the attic steps and kept things clean outside as well. They went above and beyond and repaired a small leak in the overflow tubing on my second unit that they weren't even working on! Very minor gripe that they did have to move coax cables running through the attic but didn't put them back. Brian was the quality control supervisor and Jerry Byrd was my initial consultant and contact point. Jerry has been excellent with communications and responsiveness. Brian came back to help adjust and balance airflow and provided a bunch of additional knowledge that is helpful to new homeowners. Overall, great experience! This was our first time going through Costco and I'm glad we got to work with Crawford folks.

Joe Gil, my technician, was a pleasure to work with and I will request him in the future! He is very professional, knowledgeable and informative and quickly had my AC working again!

Had family coming for Thanksgiving tomorrow and ran in to a plumbing emergency. Found Crawford Services through a google search and they were able to assist that night. Ricky was sent out to help and he was awesome. Very appreciative of their responsiveness and especially for Ricky. Nina and Ricky made a stressful situation simple.

Nathan Cross is very professional in addition to being courteous and easy to talk to. He did a great job cleaning my very dirty outdoor units and corrected the blower speed on one unit that gave me a lot more cool air. He is very knowledgeable on all types of systems as well as the indoor air quality products in inquired about. I appreciate the fact that he actually made sure my zoning dampers were operating correctly. Nathan Cross and Crawford Services are great people to work with. I would definitely recommend them to my neighbors and friends.

They were able to order our new thermostat and install it the next day.
