Crawford Service

Didn't look like he did anything. He was supposed to check/maintenance the heating system. Didn't see him check temperatures; doesn't look like he changed the filter because I had one good filter and that one filter is still there. He wasn't letting me know what he was checking; only said everything looked good. I feel I paid him to walk in and out my house and that's it. I'm glad I had a coupon. #thanksforreading

We have used Crawford Services for 17 years. We have a semi annual maintenance plan and feel like we haven’t ever had any trouble it’s like they stay on top of everything so it doesn’t get to the stage where anything stops working. They are professional and dependable and we would never consider using any other company.

Crawford always does a great job on my HVAC maintenance. They are very professional and have deep expertise in this area. I have relied on them for a number of years.

Emanuel was a great technician, he check my AC unit inside and out very good. He made me a couple of suggestions about my AC unit and I would eventually call Crawford Services for a follow-up about Emanuel suggestions

Jeff was early to the appointment, which is better than late! He was friendly, polite and thorough. He even replaced a light bulb that was out in the attic. They installed our unit about 12 years ago and have been doing routine maintenance since then.

Service was exceptional. AC was initially installed a week prior and had a faulty TXU value. Misael, Nathan and team from Crawford went above and beyond to try to fix the issue on the same day but lacking the part, they could not. Crawford came the day after to have a bypass valve installed, until the part arrived for replacement. Overall project was completed soon after. Good care and thought went into the placement of the new unit inside the attic, workmanship was great. Technically excellent and courteous Crawford personnel answered all questions, provided all relevant documentation for tax filing.

Slight concern with a new Lennox system slipping through the Lennox QC process with a broken TXU. Lennox heat pump initial quality is great. Lennox smart thermostat is not.
