Had Crawford come out to give us quote to replace one of our HVAC units. The technician messed with the wiring and now ac is not running at all. When we called him out on it, he told us to call our regular HVAC maintenance company to come out to fix it. Is this a joke? We have heat advisory in Dallas for the next couple days and thanks to him, 1 of our ACs is blowing hot air. It’s gone from 74 to 81 in the 2 hours since he was here. Unacceptable. I can’t believe Costco partners with this company! They also prices the replacement at $17k for a 3 ton unit which is significantly higher than 2 other hvac companies’ quote. Will not use them and I strongly suggest anyone reading not to let them touch your system. The only reason Costco partners with them is they get kick back. There is absolutely no discount/benefits to members.
We love Lynn at Crawford. He is very polite and acts as an advocate for the customer - he takes initiative to uncover the roots of the problem so money isn't wasted long-term or in the future. He stayed late the day before Christmas to make sure our hot water heater was fixed and the thermostat was working for our guests and we really appreciate it. Thanks again!

Salesperson Alexia came out and did her thing. During the visit she was great. Week and half later we got ghosted by them. Guess they just have too much work to even give a proposal. Hopefully Costco could refer us to a company that wants to help us.
Our technician Shakir was Fantastic. Arrived early, carefully put on fresh booties and went to work. Diagnosed software issue, and applied fix. Tested system for a good 45 minutes to make sure all was perfect. Explained the issue and headed out. Very satisfied.
Mr. William has been sent to our home over a 2 year period of Annual & Service calls involving both our outside A/C units and inside HVAC. Today Mr. William greeted me at door with a big smile and handshake and an acknowledgment of his previous visits. Mr. William smoothly transitioned the friendly conversation to a professional series of questions referencing the call for service. He listen with great eye contact and facial expressions acknowledging he finally understood my concerns and why… he invited me to escort and stay with him while he service the outside A/C. We were experiencing loud thumps at startup and shutoffs. My concerns were: compressor, dampening shutoff of Freon, condenser or maybe the fan motor. After a number off/on of unit, we agreed this time Year… todays outside temperature of 40-50s, vertical travel and distance to inside attic unit pressure needed to move oil/Freon cause unit make those sound… we did replicate it during service. While closing unit we reacquainted our pass friendly discussions about family, my retirement, our farm in East Texas and surprisingly, people we both knew about personally. Great Technician and over 30 years professional knowledge in HVAC. We hope our next annual, Mr William is dispatched to our home. Thank you for a gentleman who represents Crawford well.
