Our technician (Sean) arrived after 15 minutes of the initial phone call. He was prompt, polite, knowledgeable and an outstanding young man. Sean had us up and going in no time. Thank you Absolute for keeping me cool.

My technician, Sean D, explained everything he did to service my system. He took the time to educate me on appropriate heating and cooling range, how to maintain my outside unit, and offered to order filters to save me money. He explained the service plans and didn’t try to push the most expensive on me. I’m a 4 Star plan holder!!

Jerry Threadgill came to our house for a tuneup today. He was on time, friendly, and got our unit cleaned up and running properly for summer! Thanks for the always stellar service!
