Second time I’ve used them. HIGHLY recommend, don’t use anyone else!

Heat went out, came out on very short notice. Sean found problem and fixed it at a reasonable price. My system is a trane and is under warranty, and they are a trane certified dealer, but said in order to cover part it would have to be ordered? Only negative thing. I couldn’t wait for my heat not work it was 6 degrees. But the cost was reasonable even with it be covered.

I have used Absolute Heat & Air for years now and they have always been on time, professional, and very knowledgeable about the heat and air business. Absolute just installed a new Trane heat and air system for me and it works great. It’s very quiet and I love the new touch screen and wireless features of the thermostat. These are great people at Absolute and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality and expertise in the world of heat and air.

The. maintenance team that was supposed to arrive between 11am and 2pm and they did not show up. At 3:12 pm i was driving out of my driveway after locking my gate open from 1pm until 2pm. But the team was pulling into my entrance at 3:12 pm. The driver started apologizing for being late. But only 12 minutes late. I showed him the text from the company clearly saying someone would arrive between 1pm and 2pm and he was surprised.
But even if he thought that I would waste 3 hours of my day waiting for them to arrive he was still was late!
I don’t agree with this system that takes big chunks out of their customers days because they can’t keep a schedule.
I showed him the dust that was equal to the dust I had before paying thousands of dollars for their “High Tech” add on equipment that is clearly a scam because I was promise must cleaner air. I am not receiving it!

We called and received a same day consultation. Jeff took his time to evaluate our situation. We have a new build that was only partial done before builder disappeared and there was a lot of work that needed to be done for the system to function correctly. We will do a yearly service with them because they were so responsive and delivered wonderful customer service.

We were very satisfied with the services provided by Absolute Heat & Air. Everyone was very professional and did a great job.

Sean was very well mannered young man. I live with my mother who has demencha. He's very patient and kind thank you so much for making our experience delightful.

Great reliable service … give them an outstanding rating. They have gone above and beyond to assist. When my husband was ill and our air conditioner went out, the owner brought out a portable unit for our use until repairs could be done.

I had wonderful service from Sean coming out to check my unit and explaining what it would take to repair to Jeff Bone spending almost 4 hours with me going over all my options on a new unit to Carlos, Jeff J,MO, and Melitone installing my new system and cleaning my air ducts and explaining everything to me as they were here all day doing a fantastic job. I highly recommend Absolute Heat and Air as they are all kind caring and courteous.
