Absolute Heat & Air

We bought a programmable WiFi thermostat but could not get power to it called them up to figure out why the unit had no power all agents was out today but said send pics see if we can help toook pics sent & figured out the blue wire needed added in to 2 other wires with nut cap! Presto works perfect!!! What a great company to help us out w a quick simple fix!! Now us truckers can program our heat & air from the road!!

Our a/c broke down and I was very nervous about having to call someone out. I’ve seen enough false sales pitches on the news and I was very worried about picking the wrong company. I got through on a early Sunday morning and Sean was out within a couple hours and had my system working in a mater of minutes. He replaced my faulty parts and didn’t tell me I needed a bunch of stuff I didn’t need. He was awesome and friendly as can be! I highly recommend this company and I’d highly recommend asking for Sean Doughty to be your tech.

Jerry Threadgill was great, very friendly and polite. He wasn't able to fix the ac sadly, but was very helpful on explaining the situation and next steps. The company itself was also good, got regular updates, and the people on the phones were very courteous.

The best hands down. If they are hung up at another call they keep you updated as to their ETA.

A few hicups in the begining but prompt. new unit took around 8hrs to install. thanks. supposed to get chilly tonight.

Follow up on first review:
Would have been nice to have been let known that they were done with a bit of interaction, like we are done and oh by the way, we broke the spring on your attic access so we screwed it in and you can't open it after it's closed. Next time will request not to send the same characters out.

Had them out for spring tune up 3-15-23. Very good service.

I would not use this service just due to the poor driving. Cut me off on the highway and did not even give a blinker
