They walked us through the process of cleaning our vents and installing the Reme Halo system. They took photos and shared those with us as well. Dylon came out and gave us a quote to replace the a/c system. He is extremely professional and knowledgable and very very thorough. I was very impressed, wish I had him on my team! His prices are very competitive. I have found a new HVAC company that i will use from now on!

They came out same day to look at my A/C. He checked everything he could think of and could not find anything wrong. The best part he did not try to up sell me on anything. I would definitely recommend this company to a friend.

I came home and my house was 90° inside while it was 77° outside. It was a Sunday and I couldn't get anyone to even answer the phone but thru did and were ag my house within an hour. They were so nice and got my motor and belt assembly replaced very quickly. Now my ac works much better than before and they were really well priced! Definitely will use again!!

Called and they came the same day, ahead of time that was scheduled...fixed the issue, sent an invoice w an explanation of jobs performed. I wasn't expecting same day service. From the time i initially called to get a tech out to the time my unit was repaired was within a three hour window.

Absolute Air installed a new heat pump/AC in our home. They were competitively priced and able to get to it quicker than other companies who gave estimates because they had units in stock. The crew was professional, courteous and cleaned up after themselves, which doesn’t happen often anymore. With changing out the inside unit as well—in the attic, it took until after 8 pm to finish the job (including cleaning ducts), but they didn’t seem to mind. It turned out that the blower motor on the new unit was bad and went out the next day. They had to have the part overnighted from Lubbock but because we called at 7pm on Thursday, it was sent out on a Friday and didn’t come in until Monday. One of the guys came out and brought not one, but two portable AC units for us to use in the bedrooms until they came back on Monday to install the part. We feel they went above and beyond to help us out with that. We would definitely recommend them.

Phenomenal service. Honest, hard working, will bend over backwards to please their customers and they stick with a job until it's done right no matter how long it takes. I cannot praise Derek, Jack and Andrew enough for the a/c installation they did for me. More than once they encouraged me to call them for anything I need so they work to build solid relationships with their customers. Outstanding Job! I LOVE you guys! I am a customer for life! I thank every one of y'all.
