Absolute Heat & Air

We came home after running errands on a Sunday to find out AC had stopped working. Since it’s June and over 100, we needed help fast- I googled AC repair and Absolute Heat and Air came up with great ratings. I called and they were out within a couple of hours- Jeff was amazingly knowledgeable, friendly, and was quickly able to get things fixed and cooling. I can’t recommend Absolute (and Jeff) highly enough and they’re the first place I’ll call for any HVAC work we need on the future Thanks Absolute!!

Really liked their service. Almost always able to work around my schedule. And when my hvac system broke and I made the decision to replace instead of fixing the old dying unit they loaned me a portable window unit until the new one was installed. That to me is great and kind service.

We are very pleased with the service we received from Sean. He was professional, courteous and explained his procedures for checking out our systems. We are confident that he did a thorough inspection of our systems and appreciate having a technician who has serviced us in the past.

Our heater went out during a winter storm. There was already frozen rain and sleet in the roads but they arrived within 15 minutes of our call and it was after 7pm!! We knew that our unit was probably on its last leg and they confirmed it. But they were able to get it running on the emergency system and gave us heat overnight and now we are waiting to find out when they will be able to install a new unit for us. These are really wonderful, kind people. They came to our rescue in a really bad situation. The tech showed my husband exactly what the problem was so that we knew what was going on. We are very happy with this company.

Carlos, Mo and Milton all deserve a raise and a day off! They worked tirelessly to install our new HVAC and clean our duct work. They did a great job, were considerate and helpful in answering all of my questions. A+ work in super hot conditions.

I am very picky and had 4-5 companies out to give me a quote. Only one other actually went into the attic. Jeff stayed for 4 hours to make sure what we needed, so I went with him. This was removing a system that was smoked in for 25 years by the previous owners and they removed all of this equipment and the ductwork upstairs. They were professional and ontime and so far the job is perfect. I'd only choose them in the future. Good god guys!

Jeff Bone did a great job repairing our AC. He was very quick and honest. Jeanie was also very responsive and communicated with us the whole time.

If I could give more than 5 stars I absolutely would. We called on a holiday weekend expecting that someone would come out the next business day, but they answered immediately and sent someone out within 20 min. I got 2 texts after our call, 1 letting me know my appt was confirmed and 1 giving me the name and picture of the tech. The tech then called me himself to confirm my address and that he was on his way. The tech was super professional and fixed our issue. Extremely well-priced for the quality and speed of service we received. Will definitely call them again!
