South Belt Air & Heat

Very positive experience. I called Monday morning and was given a 2 hour window for serviceman arrival. Jimmy arrived within the expected window. Ac fan was not working properly after a previous repair. Jimmy found and repaired the problem in 10 minutes. I would use this company again.

I have used Southbelt for 15 years now. Yes, I found them through American Home Shield, and yes, AHS has serious issues about what they cover and how they pay. But the folks at Southbelt have always been up front and professional with me about the situation. I nursed a slow leaking unit along for several years, not because that’s what Southbelt wanted or recommended, but because that’s what AHS would pay for.

Southbelt is great. They are always quick to respond, courteous, polite and very professional. They ended up replacing one of my units completely, and they did that perfectly.

Can’t recommend them any higher.

Technician was on time, courteous, and took his time to complete the repairs and explain everything in detail. Will continue to call Southbelt AC for all my HVAC needs.

As a small business we would never treat our clients the way that our owner was treated by this business. This company is horrible both in repair service AND customer service. Our parent owner was forced to go with them because of their home warranty AHS and they came to repair the AC unit with a new compressor and it has not even been 3 months and the unit is out AGAIN! When they called to report the problem the woman who took the call LAUGHED in their faces at our situation! Then they informed them that they would have someone call them back which they never did and the owner ended up having to call them again and spoke to someone named Sam who was also very rude when owner explained to her how she was previously treated by their representative.
As if she was upset that it was even brought up! RUN away from this company if you expect professional service and repair!

Oscar was the technician assigned to my American Homeshield claim. He was very prompt, courteous and polite. He was here at the time he indicated yesterday. A part needed to be replaced and he was out first thing this morning to replace it. My AC had started working again so it wasn't an urgent fix. Oscar explained what we could do to prevent this from happening and if it did happen again, what to look for so we could have the AC working until a technician could be out. I was very concerned, having had a great AC guy in the past who unfortunately passed away. I did not think I would be happy with anyone else. Southbelt proved my thoughts wrong and I would use Southbelt Air and Heat again.

Nick is always incredibly helpful & prompt!

We had Nick out today to repair our A/C. He was prompt and found and fixed the problem quickly. We used South Belt as a part of our Home Warranty and they were great.

Outstanding service. Ron is the best AC man on the gulf coast. We have used South belt AC for the last ten years and he is amazing. I highly recommend him. 👍
