Choice home warranty sent a repair guy that wanted to replace the whole heater and blower unit for $1700. South Belt came out on my dime and repaired the faulty blower by securing it in the box. They have also done excellent work for my parents and when we had AHS warranty service. Going back to AHS so I can use South Belt.

5/4/2021 We had a small repair to be done. Per usual, they were prompt, professional and honest. This is a great company to work with. They also did work for my wife's parent's last year that was superb as well!

Jimmy’s really nice man that he came out on weekend helped me fixed my A/C. It’s like 96 degree outside that day . I’m really impressed. He saved me and my doggie’s life. I would definitely give 5 star review to this man.

I've used South Belt A/C for about 20 years. I can't say I've done much price comparison with other companies, but I've always been pleased with their professionalism, courtesy, and quality work. They recently replaced an outside A/C unit and I'm pleased with the new Amer Std unit they installed. Will continue to use them.

I found my go to AC company! They were on time, plus they took their time. They were thorough friendly and professional. They did not try to squeeze money out of me. They did a great job and their affordable and they even gave me a warranty. I will never use any other AC company. One happy and cool customer in this Texas humidity!

Been using South Belt A/C & Heat since they first opened. They are 100% honest and they are always on time and fix it right. A/C stopped blowing. Tech Matt came early, diagnosed and fixed the problem, and my a/c was blowing cold in less than 5 minutes. New capacitor was all it needed. Super happy customer.

I had an important zoom call at the same time as my a/c repair appointment. The two gentleman were very courteous and quiet while I was on my call. Very friendly as well.

Replaced one unit and all duct work, which was very old (falling apart) and not sized properly. Price was in line with other estimates. Very good I stall at ion experience.

Service after the sale. Company responded quickly to a failure, which turned out to be another problem with our houses electrical service panel (old and corroded). Repair person explained everything. Would highly recommend.

On a second home they inspected complete unit and determined outside compressor had a large leak. This unit had a recall 10 years ago. They explained options and priced replacement. I decided to replace inside coil unit as well, but they helped me make an educated decision. Unit cools terrifically.

The Southbelt team that arrived for our appointment was prompt, professional and very polite. They took very good care of the interior of our home and made sure they cleaned up afterwards. This team is indeed an asset to the company. We are repeat customers and will continue to use Southbelt in the future!

Excellent service!!! Jimmy was my technician. I can't say enough nice things about him. He was early, thorough, knowledgeable, and very professional. He was able to repair my ac issues very quickly. I will definitely use this company again.
