I called Southbelt because my AC went out during 95+ degrees and someone called me back within the hour to schedule a same day appointment. The technician came out and was honest about the issue and said he would call back the following day to see how they could help and he did. Southbelt replaced my outside unit so I didn’t have to go without another day and literally saved me money from what the expense could have been! Highly recommend!!

I called Southbelt AC at 9:40 in the morning because my AC stopped working the night before, in the July heat, mind you. I had used Southbelt in the past and was very pleased with their service. Matt was at my house within 30 minutes and gave me an honest and fair assessment. I opted to have the condensing unit replaced, instead of repairing the 20 year old unit. The technicians were back with my new unit within an hour. Robert and his crew were very professional and worked quickly. I was up and running again in no time. The entire process was done in less than 3 hours. The price was fair and quite reasonable. I can honestly say this is the best service experience I have ever had. I would highly recommend this company for all your HVAC repairs. Southbelt AC ROCKS!!!!!!

2nd year in a row to use them to fix basically minor issue c with our system. Tech is very knowledgeable, courteous, and great at explaining the problem. Weeks A/C sold us and installed our system 11 years ago and I thought they "hung the moon" on A/C service until I tried these guys last year.

Matt came out on Sat 1/14, did a temporary fix which helped tremendously. He then came out Monday 1/16 as promised and did the fix, he was in and out very quickly.

Southbelt was able to replace condenser the very day it quit running. No other companies could do same-day. Nick is very professional and knowledgeable as well as the service technicians. Southbout is my go-to AC company, always. Couldn’t ask for better service!
