Nick was my technician and he was great! Arrived on time, was very knowledgeable, and thorough on my maintenance service. Took the time to inspect my ductwork to make sure there were no issues. He answered all my questions and concerns. I had a coupon and forgot to use it, but the price was still cheaper than most quoted. Only issue I had was getting them to send me a proper link to send online payment. Never thought I had to chase a company to give them my money. Other than that, all around good experience. The other reviews are correct, this place is worth your time and money.

It's not fun when your AC goes out in July. They were able to send someone out the day I called, within a few hours and within the time frame they said. The technician was professional, courteous, and quick. He had the repair complete within about thirty minutes. The prices are fair and they are not trying to sell you something you don't need. This is the second time they have come to repair our AC, the first time was about two years ago. I highly recommend this company and will definitely call them for any future repairs.
