Our experience was great from the time we spoke to Camilla to schedule all the way thru Jeromy showing up. Camilla is a perfect example of a great first impression!!! Jeromy is very professional, as well. He is extremely knowledgeable and took the time to answer all questions. We wouldn’t call anyone else.

Jeremy and Austin did a great job explaining what needed to be done and I was charged a fair price for the repair.

The tech came out early with the time slot given for my appointment, on a Saturday, quickly identified the issue with our heating unit, got it working and charged me a very reasonable fee for the work. I will definitely be using their services again if/when the need arises.

Our relationship with Strickland HVAC started in early 2022. Since then we’ve used them to replace and upgrade and original HVAC unit, repair and fix our other units improper install, add a duct & vent in a 3/4 bath that didn’t have one and add an entire mini split unit into our new sunroom. No matter what we’ve needed, Jeremy is able to research the proper solution, explain it to us in logical terms, explain the pricing and get to us in a reasonable timeframe even with the Texas summer heat.

Having owned multiple homes in various parts of the metroplex over the last couple of decades, I can attest to the fact that a service provider who is as detailed and diligent as Strickland is hard to find. Once you find someone like this, you want them to be your go to provider. We’re thankful we have found ours!

Our Ac went out today and Strickland Heating and Air was able to work me in the same day. Not only did they work me in but he texted me to let me know the status of his arrival. I really love the fact this is a small company and I spoke with the owner himself instead of a huge chain. Once he came out it took him maybe 10-15 min to see the problem and replace the capacitor. He even had the part already on his truck. This young man is truly going places and I will be calling him for all our future AC and heating needs!

Outside A/C unit stopped working at 8pm, I called Strickland and they were at the house and had the unit up and running by 10pm. Jeremy the owner came out himself, he was professional and provided a few pointers about regular maintenance that would help prevent future damage and problems. I recommend this company and will use them again in the future.

Jeremy came out to our home and repaired a split unit and main home A/C unit. He was extremely kind, knowledgeable and prompt. We appreciated such fast service on such short notice. We will definitely recommend you to others. Thank you so much!
