Jeremy the tech/sales rep - does not respect or value the time of potential customers. He looked at my unit and then sat down at my table and said he needs to have a long discussion with me. Reading the previous positive reviews, I decided to listen to him (which I now regret). Halfway through our discussion I told him the price I got quoted at, he took it personally that I didn’t want to waste more time with him listening to his sales pitch. Anyone requesting a quote should know that this company expects you to stop what you’re doing in the middle of the day for 90 minutes + and then will take it personally if you are not going to use them or listen to their whole pitch.

Jeremy and his team are the best around! Spends additional time explaining and going over repairs and/or costs. Very responsive! The only HVAC company I will ever trust.

Jeremy is a stand-up guy. He has proven his outstanding reliability multiple times by taking time out of his personal leave to help guide me through in-home repairs. Normally, people will put you off until they “have time” to help. Not Jeremy. He has gone above and beyond to make the time to help my and my own customers when they have issues. He is our go-to HVAC pro and we will continue to use him for years to come.

Jeremy is knowledgeable and thoroughly explained every step. Great communication. Very professional. On time. The finished job is organized and works beautifully. I definitely recommend Strickland Heating and Air

Very responsive and most importantly on time and communicated everything before, during, and after the work was done. Wish my flooring company would take a lesson from Jeremy on how a business should operate.

Austin did a great job explaining the services that are necessary to get my AC on track, he seems to be very knowledgeable and friendly as well!

AC went out last night and couldn't sleep. Called up in the AM to a friendly voice and told them what I knew. They came on time, found the issue, and explained the repair. 11/10 very helpful and nice to work with!

I received professional and friendly customer service from start (receptionist) to Jeremy, the technician who came out to perform the needed repairs. I will definitely be using them again in the future as my preferred HVAC company.
